Dear Janet,

Words fail me. The entire family was so grateful and so impressed with the service you delivered yesterday for our dear departed mother. You will have noticed I'm sure how close knit we are as a family and also how emotionally difficult we all found it. Afterwards at the wake everyone was singing your praises and remarking how very grateful and proud it would have made mother.

 The service was exactly right in every facet. We couldn't have asked for any more, it was perfection.

Hi Janet

I want to thank you again for the wonderful service you gave for Gareth.  It was a beautiful send off and everything went so well.

It was appreciated by all that attended and although the weather wasn’t too kind, the committal at the cemetery was perfect.

You made the whole process bearable and your attention to detail was appreciated. You helped make the most horrendous of circumstances easier to face and I will always be grateful to you.

I just wanted to send a message to say a huge thank you for the lovely Eulogy you composed and read at Don’s funeral.

You read it beautifully. I think it was absolutely  perfect and it ticked all the boxes especially for Don’s daughter. I could see his neighbours nodding and agreeing at hearing your words. You summed him up so well. Also, what a lovely touch to present us with written copies of the service.We were very pleased at how everything went on the day.

Dear Janet

We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your recent support in helping us to organise Harry's funeral and for guiding us with music choices, readings and the eulogy. Your words on the day were lovely and dad would have appreciated the non-religious nature of the ceremony.

The ceremony was not only a lovely tribute to Harry's life, but it also helped us begin to process our grief with a sense of calm and hope. We were especially moved by how thoughtfully you captured his spirit and values, and how you created space for both remembrance and healing.

Out of all of the services I have been to yours was by far the best at capturing the person and I really felt able to participate and to encourage my brother to be Pall Bearer because I had confidence in your ability to support us.

I must apologise for taking so long to write this!  Mum and I wanted to send a huge thank you for making my dad's funeral service so special. A strange word to use I know, but Mum and I were so pleased with how it all played out.

 It was a difficult time and you made the whole process seamless and gentle. You really did a marvellous job of capturing the essence of my dad, even though you had never met him, I know he would have approved of the service!

You took so much time and care in the meticulous prep work, research and delivery. Your thoughtful words and tone were well received and I felt it really was a celebration of his incredible life. Thank you for being part of it with us.

Janet Celia presented a beautiful memorial service for our father, with the perfect combination of warmth and gravitas. She is calm and well prepared and helped us to write a fitting eulogy which she read, on our behalf, at the service.

We planned everything via telephone as we are not local to the service location, everything was kept to time, without issues, and all those who attended commented on the lovely service.

Janet Celia recently helped prepare with us, our dads eulogy, taking time and care to make sure it was right.

Once ready, Janet then read our dad’s eulogy in the first person, with respect,understanding

and with great confidence and emphasis.

Janet also went further and found Jake our dad 'the hauliers' poem' ,

which she read out loud, outside the church on a cold day from the top of a Foden lorry.

As a family we asked Janet to conduct the Celebration of life at our late Mum's funeral

Janet was so understanding and considerate to all of our

needs for Mum's day. I wasn't the easiest as I kept changing my mind on what
I wanted to be said about Mum, and she couldn't have been more patient with me...

even down to sitting at the end of the phone for nearly two hours

while we went through the service. On the day Janet was so lovely,

impeccably dressed and the day couldn't have gone any better. 

A sad day really was a celebration of Mum's life.

We cannot recommend her highly enough.

I chose Janet purely from a photograph after typing ‘celebrants near me’ in to Google’s search bar!
She looked respectable, the right age bracket and friendly! I phoned her and we arranged to meet up.
We instantly understood each other and from that point onwards it was all very easy
and the funeral service was perfect. I would recommend Janet to anyone.

She was respectful of my mother’s wishes for there to be no religious element to the service,
